Eco Farms has been leasing avocado and citrus properties since the early 1980’s. Our longest continuous lease is located in Valley Center. This one hundred acre parcel with Hass avocados has just completed its twentieth year of continuous operation under our direction. We have active leases throughout northern San Diego and southern Riverside Counties and have leased parcels in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and the San Joaquin Valley areas in recent years. Typically, these properties are initially leased for three to five years and the proceeds are shared as a percentage of the net income between the Landlord and Tenant, however, they can be tailored on an individual basis. |
